My name is Lauren and I have a little family of five. My wonderful husband and I have welcomed THREE little girls into our lives in the summers of 2013 and 2015 and in the spring of 2019. We are settled down in a small town in Northern Minnesota.

My husband and I met in high school, got married and moved to a gorgeous house in the country.

I’m a stay-at-home mom and I LOVE IT! Since being in our new home we have started a little Homestead. Over the years I have learned to: can, maintain gardens, buy local organic foods, raise 23 egg layers, 66 meat birds and 2 turkeys and some pretty darn cute goats!!

I also enjoy using toxic free cleaners for our home, making our own chap sticks, laundry detergent and hand soaps.

I am also a homeschooling mom. We love to hike, boat, camp, ski, snowshoes, snowmobile and fish!

We are becoming small homesteaders and it’s one of the best things that has happened.
